Great pre workout, good amount of caffeine for early mornings, I've had total war previous and this is better. Pumps are great, great focus and energy, Insane tingles though if that's not your thing... This is stuff is f*cking awesome I smashed out a 2 hour Muay Thai session hit some squats pull ups and pulled off some sh*t I didn’t even know I was capable of and then went on a 1 hour run with my dog a solid 5 hour workout and still going I recommend just sticking to half a scoop !!!! First time using and took 1 and 1/2 scoops because was feeling like a big pump....was not a good idea! I was sweating like a pig and the tingles had me wanting to scratch my skin off.
