This branched chain amino acid (BCAA) complex from Dymatize provides the necessary muscle building support and anabolic environment you need to progress to muscle and strength gains beyond the average.
BCAAs have been thoroughly researched for their potential muscle protective and muscle growth properties. Studies have linked BCAAs to roles in effective muscle growth, muscle energy and repair.
The BCAAs got their name because of their unique branched chemical structure. All BCAAs are essential amino acids and as such the body cannot make them from other compounds, they must be consumed in the diet.
