In the loading phase (the first five to seven days) take three grams ideally with 250ml of Glyco-Load or a beverage of choice.
As you move to a maintentance phase (the next eight to 12 weeks) take one serving per day as indicated below, preferably 30 minutes prior to a workout.
After 12 weeks of use allow three to four weeks without supplementation, then repeat the loading and maintenance phase again.
Loading phase serving sizes: < 55kg consume two per day, 55kg - 70kg consume three per day, 70kg - 80kg consume four per day, 80kg - 100kg consume five per day and 100kg & above consume six per day
Maintenance phase serving sizes: < 55kg consume 1/2 per day, 55kg - 70kg consume one per day, 70kg - 80kg consume one per day, 80kg - 100kg consume one and a half per day and 100kg & above consume two per day.

Overall I'd say it matches many of the more expensive competitors products, its virtually tasteless and it is easy to notice the difference in power and recovery while using this. The only downside is that it leaves some residue in the bottom and if you mix it by itself with water the last swig can be quite granulated.
