I've been using normal protein powders for a long time but decided to test out something natural/dairy free. I received my ATP Science Choc Caramel Fudge Protein to find out that they’ve made a new formula. It smells different and to me tasted like Cherry Chocolate. I absolutely love this protein! I have the pina colada and choc fudge flavours and they taste amazing. I mix it with only about 100-150ml of water. It doesn't make you full or feel awful afterwards. I'm gluten and lactose intolerant. I've been blending this with water, a bit of almond milk and peanut butter. Love it because it's not very sweet and it's not gritty unlike other gluten free protein powders. I'm on my now to buy more cause even my brother (who's not gluten/lactose intolerant) likes it too.
