Begin drinking one scoop mixed with 200ml of water on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before breakfast for the first two days to asses tolerance. An additional one scoop may be taken 5-6 hours later.
Do not exceed two scoops in any 24 hour period. Don't use the product for longer than eight weeks and follow it with a four week break period.
