This formula has added performance factors to increase strength, endurance, blood flow and nutrient delivery, combined with key antioxidants to maximise recovery. Revive is the ideal companion to any training or sporting need.
It contains a scientific blend of aminos consisting of the proven 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine).
Citrulline malate has been included in the formula due to its ability to increase amino acid delivery to muscles. A higher rate of amino acid delivery to the muscles means better performance and better recovery. Citrulline malate is also an excellent vasodilator resulting in better cell volumisation and nutrient delivery, overall giving you better performance and recovery.
Agmatine is the sleeping giant within the formula. It has numerous benefits including increased and effective vasodilation, cortisol reduction, regulation and improvement of hormones, improved endurance and is also a potent antioxidant. It is these benefits which have made it ideal to include in this training formula.
Betaine HCL is relatively new to most formulas but has been around for quite some time. Research on betaine proves it to be an effective performer in increasing strength and also plays a strong role in fat oxidation.

Had the blue raspberry flavour first, tried and loved it. It had a nice flavour and performance wise I wouldn't feel so sore after whilst drinking it intra workout.
