ICE WPI is best used 30 minutes after your workout to support fast muscle recovery. If you only use it once a day use it post-workout, preferably in milk, a low acid fruit juice or sports drink to flood recovery pathways and ignite muscle repair and growth.
60-90 minutes prior to a training session made in water is also effective, to supply a ready fuel source of circulating amino acids to working muscle and get a head start on recovery.
To support weight management or lean muscle gain, you can also use Horleys Elite ICE WPI in smoothies, or stirred in yoghurt or cereal to boost protein content. An ICE WPI shake in your choice of liquid (e.g. milk, nut milk, or water) makes an ideal between meal snack to help with satiety and stave off cravings.

Delivery of orders under $150 is a flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
If you order is placed before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri - not including Public Holidays - then we will dispatch it the same day.

Best protein I have used so far. Good amount of protein, low sugar and lactose. Mixes well in less colder water, tasty flavours. VANILLA is my favourite as I can mix anything with in to make it more fuelling shake or make protein porridge with blueberries for breakfast or just on it's own after training.
