I got onto the keto product thing when a friend got me to try that MLM brand from the US and to my surprise it worked but I couldn't afford it. So I did my homework and found in Australia this brand had the best reputation so I've been trying it and am so happy that its working and does what its says it will do! Once your on the wrong side of lets say, 50 for arguments sake, it is very hard to lose weight, stick to diets, and have any energy and don't get me started on mental focus! What's that! I had been a regular user of Pruvit KetoOS Max and after having a long lapse from keto diet and 'OS' I decided to try this product as I wanted to try something more affordable without paying CRAZY US shipping rates. I'm so impressed. Flavour is pleasant and only requiring 1 serving [OS I was using 2 a day] combined with IF [16/8] and exercise. Hasn't worked for me at all. I was fat adapted and keto for a whole month showing 1.5-3.5 on the blood keto readings. I had a one day carb refeed, I took keto switch as directed and 4 days later I'm still only .02 at best. Following full keto diet and training daily. I was willing to take the plunge and try this supplement out, and boy was I impressed!Overall Quality
It really helps support those who are on a ketogenic diet, improves results, suppresses appetite and increases energy.
Don't know how well it works with people on regular carb heavy diets, but I would suggest anyone who intends to do a Keto diet to test it out.
The $99.95 is pretty steep, and it would be good if there were some smaller options for those who are skeptical.

This product is amazing! Keto Switch has assisted with my mental focus and memory, and I have also noticed a difference in appetite with this product reducing my food cravings. Not only has Keto Switch helped to give me that extra boost of energy needed for cardio workouts, it tastes incredible! (I had the peach mango which was sweet but not overpowering.)
