Ingredients

Magnolia officinallis - has the same properties as GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) which is the most abundant inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain. It helps induce relaxation and sleep, in addition to its relaxation effects, GABA stimulates the anterior pituitary, leading to higher levels of growth hormone. Increased levels of growth hormone can have positive effects on anti-aging, on lowering body fat levels and increasing lean muscle levels.

Prosopis chilensis - mimics L-DOPA and is an ingredient that crosses the blood-brain barrier. It is used to increase dopamine concentrations as well. Regulating Norepinephrine it stimulates the production of melatonin

Ashwaganda - is used as an adaptogen and helps to Relieve Adrenal Fatigue, Combat Stress and Anxiety and Improve Depression.

L-Arginine - Helps blood flow to aid ingredients to cross the blood-brain barrier.

L-Tyrosine - Is one of the most important amino acids in the body. It is used in the production of neurotransmitters, including epinephrine, more epinephrine and dopamine which is responsible for melatonin release. Supplementing Tyrosine appears to have an anti-stress effect for acute stressors (which tend to deplete noradrenaline) and may preserve stress-induced memory deficits.

Mix 1 scoop with 8oz of water, stir sufficiently and consume 30 minutes before bed. Tolerance should be assessed by consuming half a scoop with 4oz of water for the first few days.
