My wife bought this home without my knowledge, discovered it when looking for a snack tried it & WOW the flavour (tropical & mango) is deceiving, thinking its going to taste like green tea & in fact really has a pleasant taste. Provides a nice kick in energy but not too over the top to make you wired. I use it when I get up for a 5am workout & wakes me up nicely to prepare for gym, also have it around lunchtime to assist in getting over over that midday hump. In terms of an energy drink this is the best, pleasantly tasting drink. I never relied on the other sugary alternatives. Try it you'll love it!!! I love this product so much. Delicious and definitely makes you more energised. I have one after breakfast and then after lunch and I've found that I don't snack or even get hungry in between meals. Love these so much! I have swapped out my morning coffee for the iced coffee flavour and I drink the passionfruit, raspberry or lemon and ginger during the day to keep me hydrated and energetic. Lemon and ginger is super refreshing on a really got day! Keep a 2L of water chilling in the fridge so can just make a chilled x50 anytime! Gets me through my workouts and all my mummy duties!
